Everyone work led really hard and the bottom line is we closed. You guys get the job done. The biggest issue with me is the lack of experience as to what to expect when you go through a loan process. It has become so time consuming that it’s almost as if it’s another job. I would recommend you to anyone.

Everything was ok when we deal with Joe but when Zully came on board it was terrible. She was diss respectfully in every aspect. She told us that we are not her priority because we are doing refinancing. The whole process took almost 5 months. It’s way too long
